Hello Blizzard,
I got feared by some mob that stabbed me then I got feared by the ground mechanic since I couldnt get out of it from the previous fear then I fell through the map and am continuously falling and cant do anything at all. I am getting disconnected about 3-5 seconds into relogging in. I doubt you guys will give me my vision key back but it would be greatly appreciated since this one should get me my last tech tree upgrade and this is real disheartening.
Well good news bad news kinda thing if u stay logged out for more then 15-30 min should kick you if that doesnt work open a unable to move ticket. Now for the bad new you wont get that key back blizzard is totaly hands off on that and wont restore it.

You can also try using this:

If the system doesn’t automatically relocate you, I’d recommend using the Unable to Move option that Veroux linked. That should move your character to a safe location.

So I finally got out of the vision. I guess I just wait for another key in a couple days and get my last tech tree upgrade then… This is real annoying but if they dont wanna do anything about it, I dont have a choice.

Its not that they dont want to help the system is setup that it cant tell the difference between logging out intentionaly or bugging out forcing u to leave early there was a daily back in legion that had the same issue and GMS hands were tied because the developers said so.
