Struggling to See Which Enemy I'm Targeting - Any Fix?

Does anyone know of a setting or addon that makes it easier to clearly identify which enemy I’m targeting within a group?

Currently, my target has a ground circle and a slightly larger nameplate, but in chaotic fights, it’s too subtle — especially when multiple enemies are stacked together. It often becomes hard to track who I’m actually targeting.

I’m looking for a way to make my current target visually stand out — whether by a more distinct nameplate, a stronger highlight, or a more visible circle or glow under them. Ideally, something that instantly lets me spot my target in a crowd.

Any suggestions or addon recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Plater is a nameplate mod, that you can use to highlight the enemy you’re targeting.

I’m not a plater expert, and the addon is quite involved, so what I do is find a profile someone else has created that I like and use that, tweaking it as necessary for myself.

Another decent add-on is Tidy Plates.

I’ve never had an issue identifying my target, even with the default settings.

Tidy Plates is probably more accessible/less overwhelming than Plater
