Did Blizzard not understand that the difficulty of the warfront is NOT the reason that it was not well received?

How did they increase the difficulty? I did the Darkshore Warfront and it wasn’t more difficult.

The only difficulty difference I found was the level of darkness was not friendly to old farts with less than perfect vision like me. I doubt that affects most players though.

It wasn’t very difficult when I did it, unless it ramps up after the first time. Maybe it’s diffrerent on the Horde side?

That’s funny. Warfronts being “too easy” and “[almost] impossible to lose” were two of the most frequent complaints I saw.

Most of the elite mobs in the faction’s troop packs will run away and kite when kicked/stunned.
Elite mobs healing increased, cast time reduced, and damage done increased.
Fort gate health increased.

Health of the mobs seems to be the same but the length was nearly double with only ~3-5 people afk farming resources the majority of the time.

The gate took over 5 mins to be destroyed with 3 siege cannons.

Arbitrary difficulty increases with the sole result of only prolonging the time it takes to finish without changing gameplay IS NOT an improvement. It’d be like if all they did to IE’s was make everything in them give less azerite in order to make them take longer to complete.

Maybe he meant Harder when the blightspreader people bug and you can’t free the ancients so you spend an hour or two trying to do something that should take 20 minutes?

I’m referencing the stromgarde warfront not the darkshore one* I assumed that people would deduce that given that I’m nightborne :stuck_out_tongue:

Maybe explain the reasons instead of doing what most people do on these forums when they complain:

I love dogs and raid the fridge for bacon. My dog then raids the floor for bacon. Dogs+bacon=raid.

The only difficulty I faced w Darkshore was when I did it on an alt and it was bugged and couldn’t progress, dropped group, got deserter, requeued and got the same bugged Darkshore Warfront.

I did three in a row yesterday. All of them new. All of them bugged. Then I quit and went to watch tv. I hope you are happy with yourself wow. You are forcing me to watch football.

If they did increase the difficulty, then I’ll say it’s a great change.

I don’t mind them being harder. But if they did do something like increase the gate health, that has nothing to do with difficulty.
