Constant “World Server is Down” message. I can stay in the world for a few mins then it disconnects and displays WSD message again.

Started Stress test at 3:00 pst… Tried to log in and was stuck at the connection part… Sadness!

3:30: I’M IN! Tauren warrior charging to honor in Mulgore. Happiness!

6:00 Regular drops. World server down. Cannot stay in longer than 2 mins. Sadness.

7:00 Still can’t get in. Still Sad…

Same as everyone else here. The server is way too overpopulated. I’m not mad, though. Really it’s a marvel that the first Stress Test ran as well as it did.

I stopped counting (and trying) after about 8 or 9 back to back crashes (horde side) - somehow I saw the ally streamers not crashing…

edit: tried again after waiting 1h and it crashed within 1min of me logging in…

edit2: if anyone at blizz wants to see, I’m recording it all on my stream (MooreaTV on twitch and youtube)

100% not lag. All that happened was a complete change of the world, everything else latency wise was fine. I will post up the clip a bit later after i’m done testing to help investigate this!

Just wanted to share my status for the developers: I’ve been playing an Orc in Durotar. I’ve been disconnecting from the server every few minutes for the last 30-45 mins. When i try to reconnect, it says “world server is down” then eventually lets me in after a few tries until i am disconnected again a few minutes later. My impression is that other people are experiencing the same issues.

Was playing fine for about 45 minutes dced. I make it to character select screen choose character and as soon as loading screen finishes i am bumped back to character screen with world server is down alert. Edit. I am playing a nightelf… near staring area. Just got in

I can get in after 10 tries but then get booted after about 2 minutes.

Thanks for a few hours of fun and disconnect testing, Blizzard. Time for real life to take priority. The disconnects were consistent, but the loss of what had been done became less of an issue. Hope this night got some good results for more stability at launch and onward!

I tried to get in twice, just at connecting forever. So I decided since I have beta I’d give others one less to compete with and went to eat dinner and watch some T.V.
