Consistent attendance is important — we rely on our roster to show up prepared each week

Come raid-ready (enchants, consumes, knowledge of fights)

Be willing to improve — we value players who take feedback well and actively work on their class/spec

Maintain a positive, team-first attitude — zero toxicity
If you can’t commit to raiding every week, that’s okay — we still welcome players for Mythic+, alt runs, and community events.
Logs are appreciated but not required.
