Open enchant window and select the enchant you wish to use. Hover over the item you wish to enchant with your mouse (in your bags, a vellum, or in your equipment slot). With low level enchants, you generally will just want to enchant the same piece of gear over and over to build up your skills. You can also wait until you get to current content (either at 110 or when the pre-patch drops, whichever comes first), then you can skip ahead to current enchanting.
