Because Tall Tales is taking part in the Love Festival this month it will not be cross faction. We will be returning to the cross faction format soon though.

WHAT: Storytelling Contest…Tall Tale or True? <public, cross-faction event>
WHEN: Monday, February 17th @ 7:30p realm time
WHERE: Dawn’s Blossom, Jade Forest
TIME LIMIT: keep story delivery to 10 minutes max (pre-typed or ad lib)
THIS MONTH’S THEME:
‘Love is a battle field.’
REQUIRED:
- Warmode OFF
- Bring 2-3 Elixir of Tongues
BASIC SETUP:
Tell the crowd a story, either ICly true or fiction. The Judges will try to guess whether the story is true or a tall tale. Stump them, and win a prize! People are invited to tell stories or just gather for some casual RP and good times.

Spectators are welcome! This is a fun, casual RP event for all factions. Come enjoy some delightful stories and good company. Makes an excellent RP social outing or date night.

TIME LIMIT:
10 minutes per story. You may pre-write your story or ad lib it as you go, but it will need to stay within this time limit for the delivery to allow everyone to tell their tale.

NOTE ON LOCATION:
To not be phased, be sure to take 30 minutes to complete the short questline for this area that begins just north of Tyr’s Hand inside the Light’s Hope Chapel (small church symbol an inch or two north of Tyr’s Hand on your game map). Run the questline until the baddies are run out of Tyr’s Hand.
