I had 2 Hunters doing norm and heroic clears of the woman when it was current and neither got the bow.
I even saw two bows drop a few times… and lost them. Of course there was always like 5 hunters in the group.

Thanks. The actual grind took me a little over a year to see the bow drop. But glad I got it, it looks soo cool with my current mog.
Now I just need to grind the Tomb Stalker mount from BfA. Hope that grind is a little quicker than the bow was

Looks like I’ll be taking a more permanent break with Season 3.
I had been enjoying Stormbringer this season, but with next season the set bonus is forcing Ascendence on me and I refuse to even permit that insult to the lore to happen to one of my Shaman, combine that with Totemic just not feeling very good these days, numbers be damned it’s flow is crap and doesn’t fix the weakness of shaman feeling like wet tissue paper.
Meanwhile they are deciding that as a Shado Pan Brewmonk I must take the OCD instead of the passive that works better for me, otherwise I’ll have completely wasted the four-piece set… and since they refuse to not balance around the assumption that we have the set bonuses that means I’m functionally shooting myself in the foot. Combine that with them, just as they did with Shaman, pushing Brewmaster monks to be a more pet focused class…
I feel like I’m running out of things to enjoy about this game.

I can relate, just take a break Nightsong there so many good game to kill time out from 2024 and 2025 that you can totally play while you recharge.
I through I was done with BG3 only to be pull back in with the wonderful and goofy world of Mods that you can add with a click of a bottom… and I have my friends pulling me to Warhammer and Dune… I got ESO and GW2 to catch up… and now one of my friends got hype in WoW because he wants to ready his DH for the next patch! I told him its speculation but his back to into the WoW copium… and said he quit retail if DH 3rd spec does not drop on the patch or next expansion… lololol Also working on a homebrew WoW campaign backstory for a friend who plays a troll, where he investigates Hakkars true origin (The old lore made him an outsider of the WoW universe and he wants it to lead to how he ended on the in the Cosmic Life and Death cycles by consuming the blood of its worshipers in the WoW universe, tie it with an universe destroy, The First Ones, The speculative 7 Cosmic Force, so I have to read up what scraps are in the official WoW lore so he can built his Troll WoW campaign around it)
So I’m not even sure how the heck I’m going to divide my time! So if I take a break I probably be on some of those lol. I’m sure you have your own list for your break to take your vacation! So go have fun refresh and comeback when you feel like it!
So yeah go find your muse among the multiverse, I’m sure other universes need their Nightsong to illuminate their way! (OMG I never realize until right now as I type, that there is a very important Character in BG3 on the Second Act that is called the same!!! EEEEEE! Very cool! WoW is bless to have Elunes child Nightsong bless us with her forum presence!)

I can’t decide between Skinning/Enchanting, Skinning/Alchemy, Skinning/Leatherworking, Herbalism/Alchemy, Alchemy/Enchanting for my Orc Shaman.
hmmm.
I have lore reservation about Enchanting, being that as far as I understand it, Enchanting is a school of Arcane Magic, so it kinda doesn’t make sense for a Shaman (especially an orc one) to be well-versed in it…?

I would have posted it sooner but I’m replacing the nails in an old fence with wood screws and ended up dustier than I planned to be. Also, a couple of trees have decided to blanket the neighborhood in pollen. I may be sneezing hard for the next day or so.

What would take me weeks as Frostfel has taken me hours as Dreadmoore.

This Grandfather in Warhammer 40K Darktide that Brahms is working for who seems to reside on the Mourning Star worries me especially since Brahms seems pleased when she sees growths of Nurgle Corruption…
The fact that he resides on the ship and is called Grandfather is what worries me most not that he is tied to Nurgle.
After a mere Inquisitor in Inquisitor Martyr beat a Great Unclean One and Fabius Bile and after 5 Grey Knights beat Mortarion who slew 100 Grey Knights the last time he was banished I fear we might get the Grandfather of all Worf Effects…by having Nurgle turn out to be the Grandfather on the Mourning Star playing the role of Inquisitor Grendyl and lose to the Rejects…
Nurgle would go from an unbeatable God of Decay to a mere Major Daemon who relies on Field Power Bonus to win just like his Major Daemons. His Realm is where the Power truly is.

Trade Post has nothing worth buying and the Collectors Bounty buff for old raids and dungeons has been a dud for me so far.

Enchanting is my favorite Profession mechanically, and my general go-to when I make new characters.
I tried really hard to Lore Nerd myself into doing something other than Enchanting on my Orc Shaman.
It didn’t work.
I tried to convince myself that I shouldn’t do Enchanting because it doesn’t make lore sense for a Orc Shaman to know Enchanting at all cause it is a School of Arcane Magic and not Shamanistic or Elemental.
Eventually after bouncing through several other Professions(and wasting a bunch of gold leveling them), I decided that I like Enchanting so much that I don’t care.

Don’t think of it as arcane magic. Think of your shaman calling upon the spirits and the elements to bless your ring, armor, or weapon to give it that enchantment.
