I didn’t even say anything spicy.
More so, I think it’s because I said a naughty word when talking about Blizz’s crass inclusion of said naughty word in the game.

Anyway, ah well.
I have definitely missed being able to post links.
I used to be trusted, but then I tapped out early BFA and am just now dipping a toe back.

I need to work on my Drakthyr, they are still sitting at 60. I sort of have this idea for one with an unnatural obsession with blue dragons and their magic.

I really had 0 interest in them. Dragons in general don’t do much for me. I’m partial to ones in certain settings like TES and D&D but generally I think they’re never the most interesting thing in a setting. WoW’s in particular suffer from this as they’ve their divinely ordained duties they don’t really diverge from unless it’s to become a problem.

But the chronomancy angle is fairly unique to them and the idea of a being unstuck in time but still functionally new to this world could be interesting.

Thank God someone beamed down from Planet Sensible.

Subtlety is pretty clutch for one on ones, 2s arena and BGs. But it just isn’t doing it for 3s or the Solo Shuffle. Assassination seems to be the best bet there for the truly debilitating DoTs, debuffs, and hardier energy economy.

And for a moment I begun to despair. Because I’d already hit 70 and gotten pretty far along with subtlety. But then I remembered- I literally just have to click a button in a menu.

No weird Conduit or Azerite gear reshuffling or heaven forfend having to start from scratch with a new grind for a different BiS Covenant power or artifact AP. No even constantly snowballing cost of gold.

No I can just switch back and forth. I can even try Outlaw. World’s my sneaky, stabby oyster.

It’s based on a hypothetical situation where more than 1/10th of what’s described couldn’t happen. None of that happened in Canada. A country whose people, other than the Indigenous population, have never faced hardship in their own nation. A book by a Canadian author where the US is the villain. Because Canadians are obsessed about US politics for some reason.

That happenes when you live next to a 3rd world country with access to nukes tho. You become very interested in it’s political instability. You are the new Cuba, though I doubt you realize it.

The US is not a third world country and is nowhere close to thinking about launching nukes into Canada.

have you seen the rampant poverty in America? or is that too close to the lens that you just cant see it? I’m not really interested in a political debate but you seem to have some huge negative bias against Canada and Canadians, I’m just challenging your biases.

If you think America has rampant poverty you’re misinformed.

I’m not misinformed, It’s actually a culture shock compaired to Canada. USA is flithy, impoverished, broken down, full of drugs and crime. The way we look at you is like the way you look at Mexico. I would prefer to visit Mexico, it’s less dangerous, and the people are nicer.

Some of the major cities are, but the US is not entirely an urban area. Outside of vacation spots, Mexico has rampant drug cartels who kidnap and kill indiscriminately with people in their law enforcement and military who work alongside them. If you went there, you’d probably be kidnapped for ransom, then when the money would be given you’d still get tortured and brutally killed with a video of it uploaded on the internet.

This may be a very hard pill for you to swallow, but statistically Mexico is considered safer than the US. This is a real statistic.

In the US you could get shot dead at a concert. The gun violence in the USA far exceeds any other country. Even Mexco with it’s cartels, I would rather take my chances with the Mexican cartels, than visit an American mall or nightclub or movie theatre or school, because I am more likely to die in a mall shooting in America than I am to get kidnapped and held for ransom by a Mexican cartel on vaction.

The thing is, the longer Americans like you deny there’s a problem, the more chaotic and dangerous America will become. You have the audacity to sit there in your shi hole and judge the rest of the world, or worse countries that are better than you. I think that’s as ignorant as anyone could be really.

Maybe perhaps you should write a book series where America is run as a dictatorship lead by spree shooters that has to be saved by Mexican drug cartels.

There was already a book like this, it’s the Handmaid’s Tale, written by a Canadian about a distopic America. Your’re welcome. the discussion just came full circle.

You are so very close to understanding the analogy I made.

All I’m gonna say is….I really need to start azure span. I put off doing it all day yesterday. It was mostly an exploration day which was fun mind you. But still. I do need to finish the last two zones sooner rather than later so I can explore more properly

I tell ya there’s certainly no shortage of things to do. I still haven’t touched rock climbing or gone on that hunting trip. Also apparently there’s some quidditch esque mini-game where you’ve to chase and catch something midair.

Which I haven’t even independently verified lol. I just saw that comment and have no reason to doubt it.
