I mean, it can only get better from here. Right?

Where am I going to find a worse world? Pong?

I’ve set up shop on Mateus, since I hear and read it as the #2 RP server (Balmung almost always being locked). Still getting the feel for things.

At least it’s not Warhammer Fantasy.

That looks cool, I could get behind that!

I so want them to add a Necromancer class to WoW but I’m incredibly nervous that I wouldn’t like what they come up with.

Just add undead skins to the Demonology Warlock. Feel like it should play like that.

Eh I would prefer they don’t add anything if they aren’t willing to do the class justice. The island expedition with all the Necromancers really reinvigorated my love of Necromancers.

Not sure there’s a way to flesh it out that isn’t just cannibalizing parts of Demonlogy and Death Knights.

Looks like only one of the expedition islands changed this week (though the enemies on the others changed). I was hoping for Jorundall to come back so I could try for the Island Thunderscale mount.

That would be a challenge but honestly it’s nice to finally be able to be passionate about something in this game for after so long.

These people made a forum for trust level 3 posters.

Wait, when did this happen? I don’t remember seeing it before.

Check the forum front page

Much slower than the Return of the King Video Game Aragorn(which also had Aragorn fight Ghosts). The Return of the King Video Game Aragorn used the exact same techniques with the exact same speed as Sidious.

I’ll never be more than trust lvl 2, so I can post TRUSTED sites like this, but I can’t link wowpedia or wowhead.

I’ve never been able to sit through a single Asmongold video. Something about him just bothers me.

I haven’t ever watched one either. I was just looking for a “Blizz/BFA SUCKS” video as an example of what Blizz allows and that one came up.

Somewhere in the last week while I wasn’t paying attention I ran enough islands to get my priest from 112 to 119.

Guess that means I’ll be able to learn those 120 cloth mogs soon.

Oh my goodness, me too! I always find myself imagining how characters I play would sleep, whether or not they’d be cozy in their armor, what position they might sleep in, etc. Hope you get lots of mileage out of your new Elezen! I think they’re pretty heavily involved in the Heavensward story/setting, so that’ll be pretty immersive ^.^

That’s a good, positive attitude to have! But I think Eorzea is a great world on its own merits too, not just in comparison to WoW. I really love both, and they each have strengths and quirks that make them uniquely enjoyable.

Which class and race did you decide on?

But on the bright side, we got some really neat miniatures out of that affair. Some new trolls/“troggoths” got released recently and they so, so, so well done. And we recently got some beautiful sea elves, too, with awesome giant eels and turtles. I’ll never stop missing the likes of Malus and Skarsnik, though.

Ohh, I see! I’ll have to try the Return of the King video game someday. I’ve only ever played the Battle for Middle Earth series, the Shadow of Mordor series, and Conquest. I’d also love to play the Lego Lord of the Rings game!

I remember enjoying a video he made where he played Arms Warrior with an NES controller. That was pretty freakin’ hilarious! But in general what I’ve seen from him (lots of recommendations for his videos in my YouTube sidebar!) hasn’t been quite to my taste. I’m more a fan of Bellular, Nobbel, and Taliesin and Evitel~

Also good to know I can post direct video links here…! I won’t abuse it quite yet, though, ehehe.

I made a Wildwood Elezen soon-to-be Bard.

Maybe someone with more lore knowledge can enlighten me on where most of the Duskwight Elezen live now? Surely not Gridania, since that’s why they split off from the Wildwoods in the first place. But I’m pretty sure I ran past the ruins of… that other place they lived, earlier today.

They live in the city of Gelmorra, which is in caves of the Black Shroud where Gridania is. But the player doesn’t have access to them as of now.

I think a lot of them generally scattered when Gelmorra kind of went south as well because they didn’t have enough people to make living in caves a good situation.

Gelmorra. That was it. I remember reading that was where they used to live. I just assumed, since it called them Gelmorra Ruins as I ran past, it was abandoned.
