I mean no offense to anyone’s mother tongue. But trying to learn Spanish makes me want to go back in time and give machine guns to the Germanic Tribes.
Romance is certainly an apt umbrella term for those languages. Because they’re illogical and easy to misinterpret.
Scientists are claiming there are heavy signs of an Alternate Universe whose flow of Time is heading in the opposite direction from ours overlapping with our own.
At the very least the 2 Universes hold the means to traverse the Timeline forward and back! Just jump from one River to the next.
The Afterlife Realms are unique to each Plane!
Heaven has 7 Worlds:
Lunia: The Starlit Sea containing Redwall and Land Before Time
Mercuria: Indian and Japanese Mythology Land with a Mage’s Library
Venya: The First Book/Half of Fellowship of the Ring
Solania: Moria and GW’s Kaineng City(China-themed and filled with Bureaucrats)
Mertion: Desert of Paladins with a City filled with Time Distortions
Jovar: Endless City of Angels with a massive Ziggurat guarding the Light of Chronias
Chronias: The Demiplane of Lawful Good Radiance.
Hell has 9 Worlds:
Avernus: The Circle of Violence from Dante’s Inferno(excluding the infamous Wood of the Suicides)
Dis: Grey Mountains with Black Rivers leading to an Infinite Red Hot Iron City
Minauros: an Endless Swamp
Phlegethos: a Volcanic Wasteland where the Lava and Fire attack all intruders
Stygia: An Endless Ice-covered Ocean next to an endless Black Sand Egyptian Desert
Malboge: a Mountain topped with Solid Blocks and over top of it is the Demiplane of Malagard a fleshy Maldraxxus-esque Realm
Maladomini: Vast Islands floating atop a Firestorm filled with Ruined Cities or Libraries
Cania: a Frozen Angelic City within Glaciers smashing into each other as the Angels trapped within continue their Battle against an unknown foe
Nessus: An Endless Frozen Cavern or an a Fiery Whirlwind with Malsheem floating at the Center…
Honestly the 7 Heavens seem like the most interesting of the two settings!
The 7 Heavens is also the best to be used for multiple TV Shows(one for each Heaven) with one central TV Show(featuring the Heavens and Hell in general).
I bought Tides of Darkness. When the Horde attacks Quel’thalas in the second war the first thing Alleria says is “Are mother and father safe?” and Veressa says “They are fine.” page 202
Why have a “lore historian” on the payroll if Blizzard lets Christie Golden kill off the Windrunner parents in a diplomatic mission prior to the Horde invasion of Quel’thalas.
Xolartios is now working with Ven’ari to explore the Cosmos?
She only wanted Zereth Mortis and Stygia to create a device to hasten her exploration of the 6 Cosmic Realms!?
She also stated that she plans to offer the Attendants info eventually even if Zereth Mortis and it’s wonders is off-limits.
Seems she is interested in Korthia’s secrets not Zereth Mortis’s…
We grabbed Korthia’s Artifacts so Ve’nari may be interested in them.
So… is she after the Blue Book, the Red Book, the Gorak Claw Fetish, the Obelisk of Dark Tidings, the Everliving Statuette, the Netherstar, the Singing Steel Ingot, the Celestial Shadowlands Chart, the Cipher of Understanding, the Enigmatic Decrypting Device or something that Tal-Galan the Keeper of Secrets knows?
If this was just the Titan “Gods” then sure.
But if shadowlands are robots too then that means ALL other cosmic forces are robots too.
Voidlords? Robot Lords.
Demonlords? Robot Lords.
Lightthingy? Robot thingy.
And so on and so forth.
If I was playing World of Transformers Robots in Disguise then yeah sure this makes sense.
Void lords don’t exist within our realm of reality. They exist outside of reality. They are four dimensional beings that cannot enter our three dimentional universe.
they still exist in their reality. Void is a cosmic force just like Shadowlands.
Since its all made by the first ones that means every single one has a zereth mortis with a 3d robot printer and then they paste a custom thematic skin on top of the robot.
The whole universe is just a robotic theme park for these first ones.
its like disneyland and there are animatronics running around.
Once… they had purpose. Made for balance. But now… shifted, altered. Disharmonious.
They rend the pattern. It cannot continue.
Elimination is the only recourse.
At no point does she theorize they were made by the First Ones. They did at one point fit in the Purpose as a balance, but their purpose has been shifted or altered. They now rend the pattern. Is the pattern the same as the purpose? I don’t think so.
Upon completion she says “The design must be restored.”
That interpretation seems pretty dead on considering you are in an intelligently designed engine room made by some cosmic robot creating gods.
I am happy to be wrong but there is not much indication that the entire wow cosmos was not made by the first ones. Do you want to argue that some natural things spawn from it like trolls? Sure.
Does it mean its not a robot theme park made by the first ones? I don’t think so.
The only way its not a theme park is that all cosmic forces spawned naturally out of necessity rather than intelligently designed by super gods.
I am not sure how this helps the issue that all cosmic forces were built by the first ones problem.
If they built Shadowlands, they built the rest. They made the Titans, the Light is basically another fancy machine. Demons have machines. Life domain Elune is sisters with WQ so… she is a machine too. Probably the rest of the Life Eternal Ones too… or whatever their title is.
If 5 out of 6 cosmic forces are machines then Void should be too.
And now we have our First Ones robot theme park.
The only way to fix it is to retcon the first ones, zereth mortic, robots and etc.
BFA was terrible for factions.
Shadowlands was terrible for the entire lore.
Edit: You edited your post but I am just going to leave this anyway.
in early wow lore the progenitors of the known universe were primordial mist and primordial darkness, when they merged it created pockets of void and pointpoints of light.
