Haven’t been able to find this anywhere for confirmation… can SS proc Windfury?

Yes SS hits twice so you have 2 chances to proc WF.
Yes. If you have double Windfury (which I think is what we do), Stormstrike can trigger it from both hits, but I think it has an internal cooldown from what I’ve read. So you could get a max of one WF proc from a Stormstrike (so 2 extra hits) but never have both proc (so no 4 extra hits).

Yes. Be mindful to your swings. Don’t just spam SS. Use it after your swing or before swing reset timer, as it can overlap the proc.

from melderon’s findings if are correct if you are duel wielding each weapon has its on ICD and can proc off of SS, if you are using a fast weapon though the icd will still be in effect soo its best to be using slow weapons as A. they do more damage thus more wf damage and B. not over lap i.e have the chance to proc again each swing as where using a fast weapon it would swing to fast and would miss out on alot of chances to proc windfury which would be a lose of dps and would reccomend throwing flametongue on a fast weapon if your other weapon is slow and put the slower weapon in your mainhand
Plus, i think the overall base damage with slower weapon is also higher and the procs are more consistant. Saw the same video.
Anyhow, dual wield 2 slow weapons with good raw weapon damage and don’t overlap swings.
My testing in beta demonstrated both weapons sharing a single cooldown on Windfury.
However, this was tested with the same rank, and was a few patches ago; different ranks might have different CDs, or they might have changed it since then.
