We just got our stats squished, this feels like we just went from Legion to BFA again. Please consider making the trigger for Tempest be upon building 40 charges of maelstrom instead of spending 40 charges. It’s only heroic week but it feels bad getting to tempest as the packs are dead and I have to throw tempest early at 5 stacks in order to use anything in the heroic tree. People will blow wolves before the dungeon starts in order to build up charges in order to compensate for this
