I also noticed storm gauntlets wont proc if you arent facing your opponent, exactly like skullflame shield
storm gauntlets isnt proccing when you are not facing your target
on both judgement of command and on melee if you turn and melee
I think this is pretty silly as it doesnt indicate you need to be facing anything
