Looks like the only way to summon a storm elemental now is through stormkeeper.
If you go with Stormbringer tree, you’ll get a 12 second elemental every 45 seconds. Whereas as Farseer you’ll get a 10 second elemental every minute.
I really hate these changes and how they’re neutering shaman to such an extent. People should be complaining more…
