In dungeons, mythic+ Storm Earth Fire are literally doing no damage. It’s working on target dummies and open world just not dungeons.
Further testing to try and find what is going on. Works in like the first pull of a dungeon, and then second cast they just stand there not duplicating attacks. I’ve cleared cache, don’t think it’s on my end. To reiterate it’s only in mythic+ that I can tell, haven’t raid tested it.
For now it just means run serenity but if this is still occurring on expansion launch that’s bad news bears.
