Before reset, Brill quest could not be completed.
After reset, Brill quest can not be completed.
Fires get put out and nothing happens. Please fix.

Goldshire is currently bugged on Ashkandi now too.
Matron is offering “Stop the fires!” when there’s no fires (it’s supposed to be “Let the fires come”).
Been sitting here for almost 30 minutes, no event.
Brill on Atiesh bugged for almost 24 hrs. Can’t get the Horseman to appear.
