Im sick to death of Warriors and Mages getting free passes into the theme park of overtunedland every freaking expac while you folks keep nerfing Frost until its worthless! Stop it! For FFS stop doing whatever it is youre doing to make these insane decisions. Just do something else, go screw with Fury for freaking ONCE.

Frost, has nothing on fury warrior.
Fury is the most op spec, more so than ret reworf and. Havoc rework
100% Frost has to stack builders to get to ANY kind of damage, Fury, not restricted in such a manner. Fury is completely broken, period.

Its buggy, the story is still locked, other content is locked that is still being tested on the beta which is where these nerfs come from, they screwed over everyone that didnt have early access… why are you playing?
Icy veins already had us at 21 out of 25 for Nerub’ar palace dps rankings BEFORE the nerfs. This is garbage balance.

As much as I agree with you, Blizzard isn’t going to change anything. Frost is going to keep getting small pathetic little buffs and hit with nerfs. They don’t know how to keep things balanced
From what I can see, the weekly mythic raid dps charts on wowhead has frost up the top when looking at overall damage (aoe), and then we’re near the bottom when looking at damage to bosses (single target).
Does anyone know if these nerfs will push UDK ahead? Tbh not that it matters to me- I just play super casually and only play the shattering build because it’s fun
Based on the PTR notes, it’s looking like DB FDK single target is being buffed up to 5% and our AoE mostly stays the same depending on talent choices.
I ran some theoretical number estimates in another thread, I’ll paste it here when I’m back. Hopefully the numbers will push FDK single target solidly into the middle of the pack.

I’m having the same experience. I’m having a hard time staying above 700k dps on single target with a potion and flask. AoE damage is great, ST not so much.

I had a 2H and maybe ilvl 610 when I did these numbers. Expect higher numbers on meta build.
I don’t know who’s making these decisions but it seems like they don’t actually play the game and look at just numbers . I can at least speak from a PvP perspective and they nerfed unholy into oblivion when other classes like BM Hunter feral and fury are decimating people .
