Stop making end game pursuits require low level dungeons

Personally, I think Runes and QoL Books should be relegated to ‘solo activities’ for players to complete on their time.

Perfect example is Phase 1; was great. Even the Lock/Paladin lvl 25 Rune was perfect. We (Paladins and Locks) all got together into a ‘murderball’ and stormed the tower in Darkshore.

With the only exception being the one that revolved around the Adventurer’s Spirit. Requiring not only a ‘second person’ but a ‘second person that is a Healer-type’ is beyond foolish.

Because you can pick up the quest at 40.

as a new player good luck trying to unlock dispersion rune :ok_hand:

you just need a rogue and mage, both you won’t ever meet, maybe at 50 if you pay very well

You start the quest at 40.

lmao irony at it’s finest.

Im not running to Felwood at 40.

It’s full of griefing alliance.

Tell us more about how you needed a grp for this

They could have made it a world quest and forced you to wait on respawns along with the 50 million other players, instead they did the smart thing and put it in a dungeon they knew people could solo if they wanted to.

They should do that with more world quests IMHO, where it makes sense at least lore wise like it does here.

Yeah at level 60 they should make the lore send us to RFC for a quest.

Sounds great!

So is this a pvp issue now instead of a design issue?
Cause this means you’re never gonna do Ony attunement either, Burning Steppes will be full of griefing alliance.

P sure you’d be too afraid of imaginary griefing alliance to go to your own capital city at this point

ST was always popular enough :expressionless: lvl 50 class quest for one thing.

Did you find this quest at 42 in Felwood? Lets be honest. You didn’t.
Felwood has mob range of 47-54 your’e not gonna go quest in a zone with mobs that much higher level than you are naturally.

Yep at level 42 people went to Felwood and then went to the Hinterlands to solo’d a level 48 elite and then solo’d RFD.

people did it once, and usually only the part they needed for the class quests or begrudgedly the whole thing. Nobody I know was like Hey you know what instance we should go run? ST.

Yes, I did. Cause I updated questie and saw the icon on my map. So I went. It’s literally just in Emerald Sanctuary, and I encountered a whole 1 mob to get there. Oooooooo spooky!

And when I finished the quest and had my cool little orb shield (that sucks btw) people thought it was cool AF as I spammed it around org at 47. So many mages were DM’ing me how to get it cause they too just mind-numbingly did Ashenvale loops and no real content.

Yeah I always open my map and scan every single ! on it.

That’s exactly how I play the game.

I look through 400 ! icons on my map around the world.

I am like ooooo a quest in a zone 8 levels higher than me, that must be a good quest!

Then I run there knowing I can solo the whole thing. It’s dope.

welwood is 48-55 I believe.

Exactly. So when I hit 40 that is the zone where I start looking for quests.

At 42 there are only two icons in Felwood. Kinda stands out. Especially with a name for a quest that didn’t exist before. In SoD. If that doesn’t stand out to you, it’s cause you’re AFK on follow in Ashenvale, head down, doing your loops.
How many excuses are you gonna make before you admit you did absolutely nothing for your character until 50, not just this quest?

Oh ya man! Totally!

I hit 40 and I just start scanning high level zones thinking “hmmm, that one looks different??”

It’s cool bro. So cool how that works.

I agree.
I love seeing new things and going to check them out.
Especially in a version of the game where it’s blatantly apparent it’ll lead to something new like runes or gear that didn’t exist before.
After all, it’s season of discovery, not season of check wowhead at 50 and see what I skipped that I shouldn’t have.

Frame it in whatever narrative you want, but WO are not “end game” content. You just waited to start them.
Your fault.
