I’m not sure that there are many such “easy red flags” but it may be worth pointing out what they are, or what you believe they are.
This seems to be the only bit of specific information, and it doesn’t seem particularly specific nor particularly accurate. It’s not guaranteed that any given premade will beat any given pug, and it’s not even particularly obvious that if you sampled either at random and paired them in matches that you’d have better odds of guessing one would win more consistently than the other, though I think it would be reasonable to suspect that premades would on average win more often than PuGs in this scenario.
Anyway, this hasn’t really answered the questions I asked in my previous post, and it isn’t obvious at all how it aims to address the issue of non-participation and those not participating being rewarded for their inaction.
This is the exact issue people are complaining about. And simply matching relatively matched teams in terms or premade size addresses it by fixing a very obvious imbalance when forming teams.
But we both know the real issue is that most premades actually don’t want to fight premades because they don’t want a balanced match. Whereas the people asking for separate queues are specifically asking for balanced matches.
No, people WANT you to play with like minded group oriented premade pvpers, as long as you also play against like minded group oriented premade pvpers. Just as we want casual solo players to also be able to play with and against like minded casual solo players.
I mean, we have our chat history, so let’s just agree that you believe this to be true, and I have a somewhat different opinion of what specific means.
In any case though, it’s clear to me that you are of the opinion that premades in WSG PVP Battlegrounds should not queue into randomly assembled teams, but into other premades, and you don’t think it is fair for people to be able to queue solo, be randomly matched with others and face a team that was assembled by someone for the purpose of winning, especially if that team is a good team composition, has people on it who are competent players with decent gear, and even more especially if they are using voice communication to coordinate their activities.
And I am saying that that sounds relatively reasonable, even though I don’t have any issue whatsoever with such teams when I queue as a solo player, which is as often or even much more often than I queue in a premade, but I do have issue with people who are not actively participating. Actually more specifically with people who call for others on their team to stop participating and berate them if they don’t comply.
I would not wish to reward such behavior by making it easier for non-participants to gain rewards while not participating. That’s a genuine issue, in my opinion.
I don’t believe that premades can easily stomp pugs provided the pug group is full of active players who are trying to complete the BG objectives. And I think that anyone who is saying otherwise is absolutely misrepresenting the truth.
But further to this, it has been my personal experience that queuing into a premade as a PuG is not nearly as common as some make it out to be, though this is of course only my own personal experience, and I cannot claim to know what others are experiencing.
Yes a random trade chat premade that’s done minimal vetting/group comp/discord etc… against a pug group where everyone is 100% on the ball will be relatively even match.
But that is of course the worst premade against the best possible pug. When you look at average quality teams of each it dramatically shifts in favor of the premades winning almost every time easily.
I don’t think anyone has maids for before maids, unless you mean “premade”. Most of the people are arguing that 10 man groups shouldn’t be a thing, not that grouping shouldn’t. 5 man is way less of a problem than 10 man, hence we say this crap needs to end.
Premade groups should be allowed, allowed to vs other premades. Why would you argue this? You mean you want to stack to pub stomp, aka parasitic gameplay. It’s the same reason people cry for premade pub stomping in other games, and other games thinks it’s stupid, and the only games that have it, fall off and become absolutely dead in the PvP atmosphere. Stop being cringe.
I think that might have sounded better in your head kek
Anyone who insists on only going against less equipped players are bad. Keep trying tho. Real pvp players want challenge and equal footing. You insist on training wheels.
