Stoopzz has quit WoW

He’ll probably be better off not playing WoW.

The only time I ever saw Taliesin on stream, he was playing FF14 lol. It wasn’t live but it was a video of him screeching about Bellular.

So it seems Taliesin is trying to branch out too. Everyone is. Streamers won’t be able to get by just streaming WoW in the future.

LOL.
What about Bellular? His click bait titles?

Uhhh he was pretty mad that Bellular is making negative content. And that he was using FF14 to put down WoW when he doesn’t even play it. I’ll try to find the clip.

Ok I found the video and it must’ve been a different video that he was playing FF14. There was another one where he was pretty mad too, but here is the one about Bellular. I can’t even remember what the other one was about, but he definitely streams FF14.

His big pvper and more of a pvp YouTube guide maker then a streamer.

He always advocates for positive changes to pvp and actually was a big part in some shadowlands changes before launch

Just a honest question ? What will Stoopz leaving affect the “PVP” in the game ?Will players stop playing PVP ?Will PVP players all quit the game ?
He should’ve leave long ago since he cant even make a dent in pvp changes when he is ONE OF THE BIGGEST VOICE of WOW PVP.

I mean… it’s more Matt pumping up FF14 and Bellular being like “wow, that sounds nice.”

That said, as a person who has played both but is not playing wow anymore, wow has a lot of things ff14 needs and ff14 has even more things wow needs.

They’re both imperfect and they are actually kind of targeting different audiences so it is hard to compare them.

This.

Or how about they make PVP better?

What a whacky thought!!

It’s more that the wow pvpers audiences aren’t playing wow anymore and are asking to see new games, but YouTube obliterates your channel if you make videos that deviate from your normal viewership… so stoopzz, claak, savix, etc are all basically risking their YouTube revenue by switching to lost arc. But not switching to the games their viewers are playing will also kill their revenue.

YouTube sounds like a terrible job.

How did we get to the point where Warcraft, a game about two warring factions where players could murder each other on sight and was built with PvP in mind from the start… no longer a game designed for pvp

I do not care about story, in any game, at all and never will and apparently the best thing about FFXIV is emphasis on story so it would seem to me I’m where I should be lol

That’s easy people base it on the fact that BGs didn’t exist on launch

No one of consequence cares about streamers, they are not important no matter how much clickbait they push on unsuspecting viewer to prove otherwise…no one believes them however.

I will tell you one awesome thing that is happening with the “exodus” is that the community has been far less cancerous than it has been since beta it’s a big topic of conversation on discord and in the game itself

(I can picture the knights in white satin running to their keyboards to disprove this heresy as I type.) but it’s true…the cataclysm the vultures are waiting for may not be a cataclysm at all… The worst of the worst of the toxic community is heading for FFXIV…I would laugh my “butt” off (really Blizzard?) if we ended up with the friendlier more accepting community.

Raids were invented in a weekend. Battlegrounds were always planned.

Seems to me that pvp is the foundation of the game and it’s been removed for the most part.

And dungeons?

What about dungeons? Until M+ came along, dungeons were basically post 60 power gains before raids.

That’s like saying “and quests?”

I could also say, “and world pvp?”

Hey don’t shoot the messenger I only pass on the word as I receive it :man_shrugging:
