On my Monk, if I get targeted to turn into the wheel/ball…. and I use “Roll” right when it happens…. I roll around in place. Like, I don’t move.

Our monk has reported this issue as well, constantly needs to be hit by another ball to be able to move. Haven’t seen the hard drops the OP has.
