When you hit 60, tell your covenant person you don’t need a tour, skip to soulbinds. You will still have to save Baine for some stupid reason. When you unlock the Runecarver, I think, you go back to your covenant, they send you back to Bolvar and then you skip to Korthia and unlock mounts.
