Mine was wrapped in a box in the mount inerface and I had to “unplack” it to get it added
Yeah I completed all requirements literally 4 hours after it went live, connections made properly, etc and I submitted and ticket and they told me that I didn’t do it right (I got the kite so how did I not do it right?), that they can’t help me, and that buying something from the store is a “potential fix”. What an absolute joke of a company.

Yup. Just logged in and there it is. it showed up today.
