You’ll get it eventually, too many being sent out at once so the system gets clogged and empties slowly. Just make sure you hit “CLAIM” on twitch.

I was done and claimed on twitch by 10pm est, 4 hours in and mine has not shown up 48 hours later. I got the kite and ichabod pet immediately. So who knows, but twitch shows claimed, so i cant accrue any more progress there.

I already had the Feldrake before this Twitch nonsense, it would have been funny if the people who already owned it received a grey vendor item (1 gold) with a tooltip like “Crystalized whale tear” or something

There is a bug. Does not mean we will get our drakes. The account linked fine, kite fine, no changes to either, no password changes, logged in and out, checked as obtained ok in Twitch. AND LIKE SOME = Type in Feldrake and nothing in mounts and not even a grey option. Over 2 days for me

I have had a chance to look over our internal documentation on this for you, and it looks like the issue with some accounts not receiving the recent WoW Twitch drops has been reported by several other players. Our QA team is currently in the process of gathering reports to look into a fix, so I went ahead and added your account info to our internal bug report. Unfortunately, we don’t have a workaround for the issue at this time or an ETA for when that fix will be ready, but I’m sure if you keep your eyes on the hotfix log and patch notes, you’ll see it mentioned before too long!

It showed up for me about 10 minutes after I did the twitch claim while I was logged in.

Are you not having the notification from Twitch, or have you claimed it and it hasn’t shown up? Either way, open a ticket, but make sure you open it with Twitch for the former, and Blizzard for the latter, or you’ll just get longer delays.

I’m still sitting on waiting to get the Drake myself.

My ticket is still open and has had a reply however. Also BlizzardCS (Twitter account) did confirm that it is an issue and we’re not alone.

So, keep the tickets open, if they close them, reopen/remake a new one and try to be patient. =)

Good to hear please keep us updated. After they closed my ticket yesterday after not fixing or answering I did open another one. Good to hear some people have at least heard them say they are aware and working on it maybe we get it hopefully

It took me almost a week to get the kite, but like 20 minutes for the Fel Drake.

Unfortunately small indie company doesn’t understand Twitch Drops. Seriously every other game is instant. Not sure how Blizzard is so incompetent to doing it.
