No, you can still get Icognitro if you got the greatest detective title. You have to get the detective title in order for an NPC to give you a quest.

Even if you didn’t get the title during the anniversary, I believe Blizzard said they would be adding another way to obtain it.

Yup, they moved the person for the detective title to Dornogal. So you can still do everything to get the mount.

I got one of the “Blazecycles” for the Mountain Dew (the soda is still sitting in my refrigerator), jumped it one time into the center of Orgrimar for everyone to admire it, and never have rode it again. I do ride the “Felcycle” on Siren Island though. Love that thing.

According to wowhead, Alyx is in Dornogal now. I believe that was the NPC guest relations person gave the quests during the anniversary event.

I don’t think anyone answered your question about needing the Detective title. You just need to find all the celebration packages. The board next to them has all the clues.

The DF Secrets quest line was not removed and you can do that to get the secret finding items needed to complete the bike quest line.

Okay, at home and she is there and I found this as well.

• Find Alyx, a Lightforged Draenei NPC, and their board of clues in Dornogal.
• They can be found between the Delver’s Headquarters and the stairs leading to the Foundation Hall.
• Follow the clues from the notes on the board near them to find the 11 missing Celebration Crates in World of Warcraft.
  • Players must be level 10 in order to start Celebration Crate quests, but cannot go to Dornogal until level 68.
• Turn in six crates to earn Crate Insurance Agent, and 11 crates to earn No Crate Left Behind, Azeroth’s Greatest Detective, and the Detective title.
