Deathstalker's Mark Breaking Stealth / Stuck In Combat

Hello, The Deathstalker’s Mark debuff applied to our target still keeps us rogues stuck in combat and breaks stealth after we vanish. This has been an issue since the start of the expansion and it still has not been addressed… Even if you die in a BG and resurrect at the graveyard, you’ll auto target your previous target with the Deathstalker’s Mark debuff and it will put you in combat and prevent you from being able to Stealth or Mount up. Can this please be fixed ASAP?
