I would like to steal from Rift the following:
Invasions/ rift events. Nightmare Rifts are so much fun!
Having the ability to communicate, be in a guild and group with the the other faction.
Instant adventures.
Being able to switch between EU and NA without having to buy separate licenses. It’s a simple drop down item in the menu.
