You should post about the issue over in the appropriately named Bug Report Forum to let the QA staff know about it.

fixed we got our achievement. We are happy now
How was this fixed? I’m having the same problem. I’m showing as level 54 as I post this but I’m level 60 in game and exalted with the guild but the credit for Troll Warlock is not rolling over.
opened a ticket and told them and posted screenshots so they finally gave us the achievement. The Q&A team told them a loop hole.

I would also like this fixed. I’ve been lvl 60 for days yet still showing level 54 on the armory and still no achievement credit for troll warlock for the Classy Trolls achievement.
