A good friend of mine recently lost his nephew to the healthstone epidemic started by Big Warlock. He was only 200. It got me thinking about Azeroth and The Alliance.
There is no question things are crazy right now. People constantly begging mages for free food, violence on the streets of Goldshire, and now I hear they are going to give everyone free housing. I remember when things were more simple.
When we elected Andi’s Father, some say the election was rigged. There were rumors about humans destroying ballots in the Dwarven District and voter fraud by the Nghtelves: shadowmelding and voting again. Dead people on the voter rolls who were battle rezed just to vote. But that’s not it, I think the problem started with all the Ret Paladins.
I can remember years ago when we would run Black Rock Depths for hours. There was always at least 1 or 2 Paladins who signed up as healers but seemed to like the idea of healing much more than actually healing. There seemed to be a general rule that all loot was Paladin loot, even guns, and if an epic item dropped you better believe the Paladin needed it no matter what Armor type it was, even cloth. But that’s nothing compared to now.
Since Andi took over there are so many Rets. I don’t think it’s his fault. Some say he is just a puppet run by the Gnomes. Others say all of Stormwind is run through Dwarven dark money. Noone keeps him in check because they are all afraid of what he may post about them in trade chat.
All I know is I can’t run a simple heroic without a Ret going on about how they are carrying their guild through heroic raid content and they wouldn’t even be past the first boss if it wasn’t for them. And they were recruited by one of the top 10 guilds but they turned them down because they wouldn’t take their hunter friend too. A Nightelf hunter named Legolas or some variation of that name because it has never been thought of before.
Well anywho, I gotta go Que for a dungeon where I’m sure there will be a Ret and his Hunter friend who does nothing but jump around the room like they just discovered the space bar for the first time. It’s no wonder we are losing this war.
