just do it blizz
How do you buy an afk?
afking in bgs my dude
You know what he means
The 8-day temp-bans seems pretty effective, and don’t completely ruin a person’s fun.
for the afk i guess but goldbuying should be 6month or perma
Depends. I think if people report themselves, there should be some leniency for coming clean. Perhaps just a removal of their gold and as a token of good faith, some game time added to their accounts.
Also a time limit: From now for the next 30 days, this offer stands. After that, any account found to have bought gold during WoW Classic will be permabanned.
dunno if anyone would report themselves lol
but a ban escalation would be cool, delete all gold and assign a warning saying next time is a permanent ban
This guy is spamming out in the forums. A clear and bad troll.
I’m not spamming, I’m voicing my opinion. Sounds like you should get over it
Which no one asked and no one cares. Basically a spam.
Anyone who actually cares about the integrity of our game would. But then, if they actually do, they probably wouldn’t have bought gold.
Of course sometimes people fall into the wrong crowds, and think that it’s normal or OK because they believe that others are doing it, even though those others represent a small, miscreant minority.
By “no one” you mean yourself, so forgive me if I disregard your opinion as spam
How do you ban gold buyers tho? So if I wanted to get a guy perma banned I just buy some gold and give his char name to the seller?
small indy company can surely figure it out
permanent ban out the blue is pretty stiff…a sort of 3 strikes you’re out system seems more fair and reasonable to me
Theres no way around that tho. You cant figure out a dead problem. You cant verify who bought the gold on a third party site.
Just match their credit card info from Blizzard’s gold selling partners with their subscriptions. For those who used different cards, it’ll be more difficult, but 10 cents says that covers most!
Blizzard doesnt have the CC info from third party sites, thats actually very illegal
Only in terms of law! It isn’t against the EULA tho.
