Yes and no. I got a Logitech Pro X2 Lightspeed headset. It has Bluetooth, a dongle, and wired options. I use the dongle.
Regarding Elocin’s comment, I tried disabling hardware acceleration in Spotify’s settings. When I logged in later, the issue stopped. I then re-enabled hardware acceleration, and it still didn’t occur. I have no idea what caused it to stop or if it will happen again.
