Malf just like carine have dont nothing for the lore besides be there. Carine aleast is just a dumb cow who is peacful and does what the horde wants. Malf has just been a agoranr druid who hides behind others when real problems have occurred and use his own jealous to make a greater wedge between him and his obviously better brother

I don’t think this will actually happen, though. Malfurion is the more level headed leader of the Night Elves and is very much needed, in my opinion.
This has to be a misdirect or placeholder dialogue.

This is one of the few times I’ll actually stand with my kaldorei kin. You all have been dealt a garbage hand.
If a sacrifice is necessary, sacrificing the other part of this 'ship would make more sense and provide a more compelling story, provided we didn’t see the genuine article become the caricature a low-tier raid boss taunted us with in Legion.
But seriously. While not an avid fan of NE lore, per se, there were parts I genuinely liked and absolutely loved the music/ambiance of Teldrassil & the capital city it contained within its boughs.

Night Elves were my favorite race in Warcraft, just in general. Tyrande especially! She single-handedly saved her people in the Third War, both against the Horde and the Burning Legion! Wow!
…And it really stinks seeing how they wrote her, and the Night Elfs in general. A never ending dumpster fire. As an RPer I don’t know how to RP a modern day Elf without either being a desperate refugee or going the Tyrande route of being really mad and powerful.
The only good I see from any of this is Shandris rising to a more prominent position of power. Granted she’s been gone since the early days of BfA…

If that’s true, I’m okay with it. The dude was constantly forced to be useless / absent by the writers because he’s one of those characters that’s just… totally broken if that’s not the case.

I’d like Blizzard to just for once stop kicking Night elves and Tyrande when they are down. I swear its like Blizzard gets their rocks off off to elf torture, especially female elves. At least in Cataclysm and Mists it made sense that half the devs calling the shots were part of Afrabashi’s ilk.
And to rub salt in the wound, they’ll probably use this as an excuse to shove Jaina into the spotlight more. Because that’s totally what the Alliance needs, more damn overexposed human characters hogging the narrative.

In regards to seeing spoilers on the forums.
As far as im concerned, if you come to a wow forum, during a time where the next expansion is in alpha/ beta, you do so at your own risk.
If something gets spoiled and you dont like it, then thats on you.
