They don’t have to voice act anything. They had an entire patch in Undermine where Renzik had no voice lines. But they have created new voice lines for Liadrin and Lor’themar anyway.
No it’s because a part of the community voiced wanting everything neutral so they started going that direction and then people started voicing not liking that.
