I don’t see them allowing VE To be DH. That would give alliance 2 races that can be it and Horde one 1. I vote Vulpera being the next DH race

I have eyes and burning orbs of Fel that can see invisible things and move around independently. Infinity times cooler.

I have candy and soul shards, and when I use them together it’s objectively better healing than a Lay on Hands. Infinity times cooler.
I have an immortal Demon Soul and an immortal Demon Body with an immortal Demon Waggle, and I can resurrect myself at will. Infinity times cooler.

All they would have to do is introduce the Void spec in Midnight when they’ve reworked everything for level 90.
This would just be a preview of future expansion content like Lightforged Draenei were in Legion.

I don’t have a problem with DH getting a 3rd spec but it is hard to see where they might take it and really have something very different to play compared to Havoc without giving them a different weapon type to use, like Bows/crossbows.
The only way I can think they might make it play very different at all would be as another short range class like devastation but with throwing their warglaive’s or projecting void attacks out from them.
But then how to make the spec have a separate damage profile from Havoc, make it all DoT? Maybe some kind of combo point builder spender set up? All ground AoE attacks maybe, but that would be super clunky to play. Empowered attacks for everything but again those are also very clunky and probably wouldn’t be popular unless very highly/over tuned and would feel very much like they just copied Evoker.

If they do this and allow void elf demon hunters i wonder what horde equivilant we get. Lorewise i suppose they could do suramar elfs (forgot what there called) BUUUUUUTTTTT they dont share the same skeleton with night elfs… zandalari do.
The zandalari have fought the old gods before and that old god experiement really messed with them. So its not out of the question we can get a non elf demonhunter. In which case id go crazyyyy
