No I don’t think so it was someone else lol, I was not trying to be rude. I do know some classes and specs have a bit harder time doing visions than others because the game is nowhere near perfectly balanced.
You have to predict they both have to happen at the same time, worst if it doesn’t happen (Like Jesus christ for both to happen with 0 delay is like arguing when 150 stars will allign) you’re just going to eat slow affix on top of distancing yourself from the hulk.

again. you aren’t doing the content and you just don’t get it. BEFORE they spawn, you can do your double jump and dash and they spawn beneath you… WHILE you’re in the air. You don’t even have to dash, but if you do, it guarantees you’re going to be out of range of it.
You’re not predicting anything. You can get timers for the split personality. You know exactly when it will happen… 
Your 5 mask achievement is a day after you got your cloak to rank 15.
Nobody does this, even Method DH dont do this, its a burn boss, at best the DH would just wait for the ghost to proc before doing the jump, nobody assume both will happen at the same time with 0 delays (I’m quite sure you only use this “Both happen with no delay” just so no one can call you out on your grandma reflect).
What you’re suggesting here for the DH to ready with double jump and always push dash at the 0 seconds the ghost is happening, no matter what happen, JUST to prevent a mechanic overlap that might happen once in a blue moon.
The mechanic has to be overlapped, it has to be overlapped with 0 seconds delay, i can guarantee you it doesn’t happen to 99.9999999999% of the playerbase, and even if it does happen, it will 100% hit 100% of the DH in the entire universe.
I was able to replicate it after doing 2 runs.

Oh, you can still be under the orb or under the gift and disoriented: that’s what makes it doubly awful. One of the boars just has to knock you into the mechanic. It takes some extremely bad timing, but it happens more often than you’d think.
You can put your back against the wall but at this point it doesn’t really matter.

Between my 13 alts with 15 cloak (most with 5mask complete), I’ve completed around 300 visions. Split is the only thing that still gets my blood boiling every week.
I got into an argument with someone about split personality vs scorched feet. They were complaining about scorched and how it’s a much more difficult affix because of the landing. They didn’t seem to understand that scorched is completely controllable, easily timed, and can actually be beneficial if you are trying to shave a few seconds off a run. Split, on the other hand, is an RNG nightmare.
There are a number of bosses where a poorly timed Split can wipe out your sanity, with absolutely no recourse. Rexxar boars knocking back into the split, getting trapped between the orbs and the defiled ground, getting split stuck on the bladestorm boss in old town, getting split stuck in pretty much every hall in SW.
The only way I’ve countered it is by hard waiting for a split before certain bosses, or making sure the Gift CD is ready before I engage as a buffer. It’s a miserable affix, and anyone who doesn’t think it is the worst mechanic probably hasn’t done many visions.

yea. that’s usually my take on it. people in this thread seem to think I failed the run… but I still cleared it with an orb left. I had to burn one right after.
The frustration for me is that some specs can completely ignore the affix. Considering the affixes in those zones are the things that are supposed to add difficulty, if you can ignore them with a couple basic abilities… what’s the point? Why remove the difficulty for some and not others? I know DH’s are clearing full runs in sub 20 minutes because they can ignore a lot of what is going on.
The affixes on the whole just cause frustration for some and nothing for others.
At least your split personality is only in horrific visions.
i’ve had 3 runs failed to the stun disorient combo creating a perpetual lock out loosing like 60 sanity per second.
even though i was at full sanity i should have just dropped an orb on pull. burned though both bars.
my cc had cc. really felt like pvp.
Get a weak aura that tracks the ICD for gift, it helps a bunch, but yeah it’s still bs.
Rexxar is way worse imo. The boars can knock you back into Split Personality and get quills off, bleh.
