Spirit of Zandalar in spellbook?

I’m finally back to playing Classic for the first time since SL launched, and my main was only lvl 43. However, when I dinged 44 tonight, it said I got a new spell auto added to my spellbook, and it’s the Spirit of Zandalar. I clicked it, and it just gave me the buff, no cooldown or nothing. Do players just have this now, or did it somehow get triggered on me? Note, I was not in STV when I dinged, I was in Feralas

somehow, ZG buff got put into peoples spellbooks. No global CD, no anything. And anybody that has it is spamming it.

Dont think its hackers, I think somebody at blizz is mad and did something lol

or its a bug with the chronoboon somehow

I am not sure it is an error. The world buff meta needs a certain number of players to have 2-3 hearts a day, and 2-3 heads a day. Because of this classics vanillas play rate might be lower once the prepatch hits and people are getting ready for tbc. Some people might still want to clear naxx and without world buffs it is much harder as such in order to keep the game alive for those people making world buffs free might be a good idea.

In this late stage I believe that might be the best solution and the zandalar might just be a test, thing is they might have to deal with mind control and making it not-useable in combat. That way people who wanted to kill the final boss can and population going to tbc won’t cause a loss of power which might make the fight improbable. Maybe just add a quest to defeat bwl/zg to get a buff item with a cd or something to prevent boss buffing.
