The minor effect of the Sphere of Suppression Azerite Essence causes melee attackers to be slowed by 30% for 7 seconds, but Blessing of Freedom doesn’t remove the Sphere of Suppression slow debuff.
The slow is also applied to enemy NPCs that are normally immune to slows, which makes it possible to kite normally impossible to kite mobs in raiding and Mythic+.
