So with the news of Plunderstorm and the spectator mode I would love if something like this was added to retail so when you wipe on a big raid boss during prog or dungeon boss you aren’t stuck just looking at your corpse the whole time. Heck even a way to invite btag friends to spectate me while playing would be cool!
As long as there is an option to disable people using spectator mode on me. I am embarrassed of how bad I play.
Wonder if they’ll ever expand it to the Guide/Newcomer system. Lord knows being able to see what the player asking for help is doing would be an immense help sometimes.
Of course, there’d need to be a process to initiate spectating in that case.
Doesn’t this already exist in some form, just inaccessible to us plebs? Or did they really just use a random GM to stream the M+/Arena Invitationals?
