how is this not bugged if its my only druid character with this?
Flightform is affected, not mounted flight.
It might very well be bugged but that’s not something support forum or a ticket can help with.
You’ll need to make a bug report or in game or over in the Bug Report forum.

Are you telling me that a GM can’t make me a copy of my character that works?
Yes.
Your only options are to file a bug report properly and wait for a fix, level the character to get faster flight speed, or use a mount and not flight form. Or I guess also just don’t pay the character for now?
I know it’s not what you want to hear, but GMs cannot fix the character for you unfortunately.
