I don’t like what they did to Shadow Priest. I want WoD or MoP shadow back. The Void stuff is garbage.

Shadow Priestess… one of my original toons, enchanter/tailor, leveled as holy, back when I enjoyed healing, duel spec rocked, got me going on Spriest.
Now, it’s retired toon… During Legion, the whole Insanity trick, and her most powerful skill was to time a good death, well I did level her, Class Hall was great. And that was her last hurrah. My Warlock took over enchanting/tailor, now my Spriest hangs at the Garrison, IF I ever want another hexweave bag, or some mooncloth transmog.
It sure seems Void Elf stole alot of Spriest lore… The void gets the cool stuff, Spriest gets insane.
I did consider a race change, to void elf… nope, not giving Blizz the money.

I was a MW main for years but I always HATED BrM, nothing about the spec was exciting. None of their spells have any WoW factor. plus throwing around that much beer just seems like a waste.
Of the classes I play…
I used to love resto druid.
Healing Touch was removed and now my brain does an Error 404 and blue screens when I think about doing Resto Druid.

Shadow Priest feels like something that nobody is currently tasked to work on or something. There’s certainly no passion or enthusiasm behind the design.
I think part of the problem is that Priest and Shaman really should have two good specs rather than trying to make three work.

Boomkin druid because everything you do feels like it’s on auto pilot. You’ve no control over where starfall lands.

Well buddy you’re missing out because frost is absolutely bonkers for M+ right now, and will continue to be the top DPS spec for it in 9.2.
I miss out on lots of things while I’m not missing out of other things. So many things, and only one of me.

Preist as a whole. Could never get any of the specs to work or feel fluid.
Shadows hit or miss, holy should be simple and the go to but it has a weird balance druid feel use ST heal to boost a st heal and aoe heal to boose a aoe heal PWs
And Disc…being a soothsayer and predicting dmg inc makes for a miserable time in pugs. Its all frustrated me and its a class ive never mained seriously ever…

It’s not the actual spec itself it’s how we got it, I’ll never stop being salty that I lost the spec I loved for other people to get theirs. I could go on about how they took the most played hunter spec (sometimes even when it wasn’t the meta) and turned it into a super niche low played spec but really…I’m fine with peeps that like melee hunters playstyle having theirs I’m mad that blizz didn’t just add a 4th or add it into another class. Could have been Demon Hunters 3rd spec, a demon hunter with a pet…a nelf hunter that took on a demon and decided to keep his animal friendo.
The old surv talents added into mm do NOT equal old survival, unless/until you can completely rid MM of aimed shot, at which point it wouldn’t be MM it will never be old SV. I want my poison arrows (sting) and aoe that applies sting, I want my Magic Bullet dot with timer equal to cd, I want my choice between crows or herd of critters or literally tossing critter bombs/pokeballs, I want my fire traps, I want to strap dynamite to my arrows! All with my dog by my side and my beer in my hand! I want to be my crazy redneck self in-game again!!! THEY TOOK ERR JERBS!

Healers, I just cant.
I like the other specs but the heal specs just go sideways fast and it is frustrating that in order to learn how to heal, I need folks willing to risk getting killed so I can practice on them.
Makes for very unfriendly PuGs
Other than that I have a hard time with DK because of runes and needing to wait for a rune to pop so I can swing my sword.
Oh wait make that 2 runes… Gah!

All dps specs.
I heal or tank, primarily. Pretty much all I do.
I have all classes, and have leveled them to max (mainly during Legion - got the mounts, did all the class hall stuff for each etc etc). I just… don’t like to dps, I suppose?
If I had to choose, maybe um… rogue? All specs. idk… meh.
Any specs that require RNG to function to make a class spec whole.
For instance, I understand Outlaw rolling the dice is their thing or Fire Mage weaving Fire Blast to get their Hot Streak going.
But I don’t get why Runic Empowerment or Runic Corruption are locked behind RNG to restore runes.
It feels like a waste of global. Completely waste of global if it fails to restore you a rune. Runic Power doesn’t have much synergy with your kit mind you unless you’re a Blood Death Knight, a big fan of BoS or a Venthyr Unholy DK spamming Epidemic in M+ dungeons.

I tried Shadow Priest. Boring and being in shadow form drove me nuts.
Warlock, Demon Hunter, Monk; all horrifically boring to me.
Had a druid from Wrath until last year. Prowling was great, being in long slug-fest battles waiting for my super powers to be ready was just too much. Deleted her.
(I still have five characters and have to pretty much ignore two, including this one, though she does well in Torghast.)
Edit: I probably could have gotten into playing a DK, but it was that or Ret Paladin and I chose the latter.

Frost cause I’m a highly technical player and it is no where near the amount of work as the other mage specs. I play it too but it’s annoying when there are limited openings for a raid roster and one of the most oversaturated classes that I also happen to be as well has an easy spec that is competitive.
