If i was gonna do mostly pve. Nothing too crazy. Some m+ and try normal raiding what would the ideal spec? Ive tried to do some research but cant seem to find much. Thanks for any help!
Probably Sin if you’re strictly doing PvE.

At the moment , any of the 3 spec is decent for pve . Sin is easier to learn , easier to play . Outlaw is a blast but rougher on your hands(lost of apm) , even subtlety is good at the moment(will it last , blizzard seems to hate sub being good in pve 
)
