The patch notes are up and the only Rogue change is the Keep Your Wits one. People are massively overstating how big of a change it is. Outlaws just won’t be able to do crazy AoE anymore but it’ll still be great AoE if you put it in a tier list. This combined with their ability to Shroud will still make them a very desirable M+ class.
The new HoA essences are the only big change that are coming. Personally I’m interested in how they’ll interact with Assassination which is a spec that already does everything pretty well and the bonuses from the essences will only make all that better.
Blizzard have already said there won’t be any big class changes until the next expansion so that means Sub has been left out in the cold I’m afraid. In the recent Ion Q&A he said they’re also looking in to reversing some of the pruning they’ve done over the last few expansions when it comes to abilities that were once used by all the specs of a class. Hopefully this means poisons will make their way back to all 3 specs because they’re something both Sub and Outlaw could use right now.
