I resurrected my addon SpamThrottle because of the LookingForGroup channel. It removes repetition spam, and boost ads. Look for it on CurseForge (/wow/addons/spamthrottle/files), and also Github, author Orukxu.
Originally released in 2009, with over 160k downloads, I’ve fixed a bug or two and updated it for BCC.

I thought about this a bit. It is technically possible, but I don’t think you would want to convert the channel spam into a spam of popup windows for reporting.
I’ve got a solution in mind, but it will require bringing in some of the capabilities from my pserver classic wow versions. This is definitely on my to-do list so I’ll put this feature on the list.
