Been trying to get his for over an hour now and no matter where I sit for 10 minutes it does not show up.
Update: 20 minutes and still no glowing ball

I have same issue. 10+ min all chairs, no Secret Souvenir.
I have hit all spots and gotten everyone but this, but when I look at the Achievement, it still shows I am missing 8 spots.
Even when thru and check on 3 different chars. Seems bugged.
did you talk to the turtle before sitting in the chair?
i am seeing some complaints of it not spawning on wowhead (current patch, posted today) so might be a bug. report it.

I have tried this and still not showing
I’ve spent nearly an hour sitting on various beach towels, chairs, hitting beach balls, riding the floaties, talking to the turtles/etc, nothing lol. Either none of these are the actual trigger, or it’s messed up.
Edit: After completing Stay a While and Glisten 8.5x, I finally got the orb to pop. Still not sure exactly what it is, but I think it’s potentially meant to be spawned by a group of people playing in the water, and so it takes longer if you’re alone. But I just swam around on a floatie hitting the balls and went kinda far out and when I turned around, it had spawned on the rock.

I am also having an issue with the last 3 which need me to buy scrolls and the vendor is no where to be found
I’ve done everything I can… rested on every chair and towel, played in the water, run out the Loh & Slow buff, kicked the beach balls, even boarded the beach birds. Nothing works. The only thing I have left to accomplish to get the achievement is Secret Souvenir 55 and it’s just not spawning at all. Help!
the issue is that there is no info about this anywhere as to why it won’t spawn and I can’t get info for how to find the vendor to get the scrolls to do the last 3 either

its an achievement and you get a ton of endeavor xp from it.
Update, #55 finally showed up. no idea what I did differant. now to try and figure out how to do 58-60.
Try turning off your addons. I tried for a long time to get this to spawn. Turned off all of my addons and it spawned within 30 seconds of sitting on a chair.
So the Tortollan selling scrolls if anyone still looking is in town center, can’t recall name but if I am remembering correctly is the one by the FP by all the decor vendors. If I am wrong just look for the one selling scrolls til you find the correct one(think theres three)
talk to turtle, sit in chair for 10 min it will spawn on top of the rocks where the towels are to the left of the beachmaster
omg thank goodness…. I thought there was another secret mount thingy and I’m 55 steps behind.
Still bugged, I talked to Beachmaster Gomba (both prompts), sat on the towel on the rock behind him, the home quest “Stay a while and Glisten” popped for the second time, and nothing happened…
Edit: “by the 3rd pop of the quest “Stay a while and Glisten” it popped on the top of the pile of rocks to the left of the turtle
