They literally got away with both a Jew class and the sequel you could play as Tolkien (edited, forgot they revealed the spelling to be the author in the specials), but you had financial disadvantages, even though heâs the richest family in South Park lol
Everyone talks about cancel culture. That show proves it doesnât exist when youâre actually funny about culture.
i never played the bideo games but yea seeing as how when they role play kyle is always the jew paladin so having the jew class makes sense. having token be at a financial disadvantage is hilarious.
to be fair last time it was on tv and not paramount even they were saying cancel south park. they reached a point where not only do they not care you cant cancel it. south park is like eminem everyones tried to cancel him but it never happen

Yea its hilarious but also strangely accurate to current times. Almost like a legit historical documentary.
If I could, I would buy the games for you. I did for several people in my life, because I love them that much. One boss fight is Al Gore that puts you to sleep talking about global warming. Thereâs a whole dungeon with underpants gnomes where you are traveling while your parents have sex in the background. And a dungeon where zombie gingers (um, antagonists for WW2 that I canât say) overtake the school. Itâs phenomenal.
And yeah, they did an entire episode when they learned they could swear after 10pm and counted how many times they said the synonym to poop in the corner because of The Shield.

That was a joke and a lie. His name is indeed Token. Cartman was wearing a shirt that said âTokenâs life mattersâ. Plus wasnât Tolkien a racist vs black people? Yeah lets name our kid after that. Might as well name him Lovecraft lol

I think the real question we need to be asking is: is there an episode where Cartman isnât a hypocrite and not hateful to get what he wants?
Actually (acthually) Tolkien was super against racism. Thatâs the point of his books, different races coming together. He did speeches against racism, and wrote letters about how he hated elves being referred to as Nordic because of the racist connotations.
But according to the most recent special during the pandemic, Token is actually Tolkien and it wasnât a joke. The joke was on people that thought it was Token because heâs blackâŚlike Cartman.

Does that mean you donât like it? Or you just thought it was done? I still watch. Been watching since 10th grade. There are some clunker episodes, but it still makes me laugh.
Itâs kind of like Simpsons. I donât watch it anymore but I get why itâs still going.
