Patch note said it is uncapped, in game it is capped at 5 target. Am I misread the path note of something?

It was supposed to become uncapped. I tried it on ptr and the damage still wasn’t good enough to bother with the extra inconvenience.
problem is it is not uncapped and I think that why the damage is not good
I have been submitting bug reports daily, and having my whole friends group (eight people or so) do the same for the past 2 weeks… don’t think we can expect any SFE fixes since stylistically most hunters don’t even like it.
