Soul reaper just feels so unfun to use regardless of spec atm.
I wish it would legit be a baseline skill with some changes so it feels fun to use for all 3 specs and completely replace this capstone. (with what I am not sure at this point.)
But if they do rework it for sure needs to be worth the press. People have been giving a ton of feedback, yet the devs are silent on it. (On that note, why is slappy hands not shadowfrost?)
