Itās true. Everyone who can reroll blood elf, should reroll blood elf. Female.
Comparable on pvp side is laughable, AV & AB are horde favoured without racials and if you count the racials its even worse, its no coincidence that 60%+ of pvp servers are horde, humans donāt take the path of most resistance.
I have no idea how fear ward wins out easily vs tremor and to say that orcs arenāt the most ridiculous warrior is hilarious, you could combine human and gnome and there would still be questions about which is the best

Fresh start may be best for the health of the game (forcing people with 500k+ gold, full t3+atiesh/BiS, full inventory of flasks/consumes to restart at the same entry point as someone just jumping in) but is it the best player experience? I strongly doubt it. They earned it, why shouldnāt they be able to carry it over? Iāll probably have 150-200 hours played on this character by the time Burning Crusade rolls around, why should I have to restart from scratch? Will there be another name reservation window fiasco?
With premade 58s youāll have thousands of people rerolling to classes theyāve never played before or swapping faction for free.
I donāt think thereās an everyone wins solution.

If classic is any indication of what will happen, itās that if the horde overwhelm a server too much then that server will just become 99% horde while other servers are more balanced. If there are 90 servers that are 100% horde and 2 that are 50/50ish then I donāt see the issue.
Let the horde ruin their own game and make their q times hours long. Wonāt bother me any when I can just select a balanced server.

No reason why Blizzard canāt offer both types of servers for TBC (One that allows transfers from Classic & one that allows no transfers except from TBC servers of same type). Get a grip.

Nope, a big part of why I did rank 14 was for the permanent grand marshal title in tbc. Same with wintersaber and black scarab if things go my way.
Not a chance Iād be willing to start over.
Orc warrior gets stunned a bit less. They can also apply a mortal strike debuff to themselves lol. If thereās a WF totem nearby they might get a random WF proc.
Gnome warrior can dispel crippling poison, hamstring, frost nova, and roots every minute with the press of a button. If thereās a pally they get BoF and become unstoppable and unslowable every 20 seconds.
Gnomes have it better.

do u know what blessing of freedom does? it doesnāt make you unstoppable lol its not a fap
a ābit lessā is a slight understatement of the orc stun resistance racial, the base stun resist is 5%, with orc its 30% + you have axe skill which gnomes pay 4000g for+ their glove slot
I feel like you massively underestimate things that are strong on your side (like a shamanās help with purges/wf vs a paladinās BoF) because you count wf as ārandomā and orc resistance as āa bit lessā but a paladinās BoF (which has a very similar effect to gnome racial) is some extremely overpowered thing even though your shaman friend could just instantly remove it

Who cares about weapon skill in PvP. If youāre talking about PvE you should have gone human and had expertise for the gameās best weapons handed to you on a silver platter.

Just sayin, orcs are also nerfed in tbc as well so it makes alliance just as close.
In tbc the racials arenāt so much āx is better than yā itās super situational and a lot of times alliance have the upper hand with racials. It just depends on the comp

If we are talking about pvp like 2v2 or 3v3 racials there are extremely powerful racials on both sides, like dwarf priest is probably better than a ud priest in the majority of situations except maybe rmp or dpr 2v2, but the horde gaining paladins swings the pve in such a direction that the horde become the best pve faction, for example orc hunter and orc warlock are both the best races for those classes
nah, i like the progression aspect character copy dont wanna lose progress and rank. i wanna use the gear i acquired in classic in tbc dungeons. sorry breh

EH I mean I agree, donāt get me wrong those are the ābestā racials. But alliance basically have a straight up 1% hit chance which allows them to gear/talent more for damage, which across a whole raid is pretty great.
Iām not saying horde have absolutely no advantage here, Iām just suggesting even if there is an advantage either way, itās not by much at all.
