Imagine delves with Torghast powers and without Brann though. Much more fun.
I like borrowed power systems. I might be in the minority with that opinion but it keeps content fresh between seasons. Tier sets are ok enough for me as long as they are cool. This seasonās tier sets are so boring
When thereās a lot of people in one zone it causes lag. I have no idea how they fix this
Iāve been sounding the alarms about mythic+ for a while. There needs to be an acceptable medium for the hardcore key enthusiasts and the average Joe.
Some hero talents feel bad and others are really fun. Like the rogue one with flipping a coin is so boring to me
I donāt think this is necessarily a minority opinion, I think the minority opinion is that theyāre healthy for the game.
Borrowed power can be a ton of fun. Corruption powers were peak power fantasy, but they werenāt good for the health of the game.
And these things also have a short lifespan. Twi Dev is cool! It hits hard! It has impact! But now the entirety of my kit is like 2% of my dps.
ā¦ and maybe with super sayan Tarragruezekvir
Who hurt you?
still mostly BeyoncƩ with her Texas Hold Em song and the people who keep playing it on the radio
Iām sure he has said from time to time something along the lines of āwe want to hear from players about Xā. I donāt think heās after our feels - when he says that I think heās just being like a politician kissing babies because it looks good, not because he likes kissing babies.
I agree with you that the game has problems. The game has had problems for a long time. Sometimes they do things that defy logic (Azerite armor at the start of BfA, completely reworking Torghast into Torghastly, Shadowlandsā¦just Shadowlandsā¦) and sometimes they mess up small things that all add up to a sense of the machine just not working right.
I had hope that when Chris Metzen returned he would provide simplicity at the core of the game and generate more creative approaches branching off from that. Some stuff looked good on paper - Delves sounded great at the start, the account sharing of reputations/Renowns is great, the idea of the Warband Bank seemed a godsend (and some of its options still are), to name a few.
But some of the changes were just weird. The character screen is a total mess of an idea. They could have provided an option to filter it by servers so that at least it simplified use but for whatever reason they didnāt. This habit of overlooking good ideas and just going with the clunky design seems systemic to me. And creating tabs that cost huge amounts of gold is on the nose. It both caters to those who are gold wealthy and tempts those who arent to buy tokens.
Anyway, Im starting my own Wall of Text here.
To put it shortly: I agree with much of what you say.
in what world Iād slap a beach if he kissed my imaginary baby for propaganda
Can you beach slap this one?

The customer is always right, in matters of personal preference. There is no way to fulfill the personal needs of every customer perfectly.
Tww is good. It will have growing pains due to how gear dependant challenges are and how slow crest acquisition is, but the content is good. People will remember this expansion fondly in the long run.
So what happens when you have 2 customer and 1 of them thinks something feels wrong and suggests a change. And then another customer says that change would be wrong? Now what what do you do? Now imagine millions of customers all disagreeing on what is wrong and right?
Almost everything you said in your post was subjective. Almost all of what was objective is also dependent on the fact that you play a live game service that is always constantly evolving and changing and is rly never ācompleteā and has bugs and problems. So much so that there is just no way to ever get them all under control when have a gigillion playtesters all finding them for you. And all of them claiming that this one is the most important to fix. Find me another game that is as in depth and complex across a myriad of systems that all require massive amounts of balance (which again will never be achievable without a fresh slate to start from) and debugging AND as many consistently active players that isnāt full of problems.
To be clear. Iām not appologizing for Blizz. They could do a way better job than they do. What I am saying is we, as gamers, have gotten ourselves here by accepting this concept that we donāt own a game. I just get to have access to someones server. When we actually purchased games we got what we paid for. Now we donāt get anything. While that has afforded us realy convenient and cool things, it also means the games themselves are always changing and full of problems and we are at the mercy of the whims of the devs. It also means that other (non-dev) people get to have a say in the game you purchased. Enough of them donāt like something you love about the game and you loose it. Even if thatās the reason you bought it.
LOL. Go run some epic bgs, watch the 5-10-20 second lag on 40 man fights and get back to us. Itās like those good old days you love so much, when Ashran during wod was getting seconds per frame rather than frames per second.
oh Christ almighty. All those germs. The poor youngins.
No, they arenāt.
Given that there are āsupposedlyā fewer people playing now, the kinds of latency/lag issues we get in play seem difficult to understand. Back in BfA we on Oceanic suffered months and months of terrible lag every time we tried too loot a corpse or gather from a node. It just went on and one and they seemed incapable of fixing it. Eventually it faded, but only when we got to the part of the expansion where many people had stopped playing. I mean, I had a GM following my play to try and figure out what was happening - what does that say about their systems, that they need to try and see it in real time because they canāt figure out what the problem is?
Itās obvious the OP has never worked a public facing job before.
92% of statistics are made up on the spot.
I was hoping they could expand on the relic system a bit. Only three slots currently and one of them is choosing Brannās role
50% of the time.
